PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City Youth Council will hold a kickoff meeting on Tuesday, October 5, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah.
AGENDA
1. CALL TO ORDER
City Recorder Pamela Spencer will call the meeting to order.
2. SWEARING IN OF EXECUTIVE BOARD
City Recorder Pamela Spencer will swear in the elected and appointed members of the Youth Council Executive Board.
3. TRAINING - Open and Public Meetings Act/Roberts Rules of Order
City Recorder Pamela Spencer will provide training on open and public meetings and Roberts rules of order.
4. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS
October 16 - Boo-A-Palooza
October 26 - Meet the Candidates night
November 4 - Blizzard Race
5. WORK SESSION
Bylaws discussion
6. ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday November 2, 2023.
