Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Specialized Manufacturing Zoning and Land Use Maps Amendments request.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 687 W 12300 S. The purpose of the request is to amend the Draper City Zoning Map for the subject property from CC (Community Commercial) to CG (General Commercial) and the Land Use Map from Neighborhood Commercial to Community Commercial.
The hearing will be held on October 17, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chambers.
