- WILLARD CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION MEETING AGENDA The Willard City Council of Willard City Corporation will hold a City Council meeting on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. The meeting will be held at the Willard City Offices 80 W 50 S. The meeting will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 4:30 p.m. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION 1. Closed Session regarding strategy session to discuss the purchase, sale, or lease of real property.
