- CITY OF HOLLADAY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of September, 2023 the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinance 2023-12. Ordinance 2023-12 amends provisions of Sections 15.28.060, 17.16.130, 17.24.050 and 17.29.040 of the city's land use code relating to bonds for the construction of public improvements. The complete ordinance is available for public inspection during normal working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the office of the City Recorder located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT.
