BENJAMIN DRAINAGE DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING
IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS - ROOM 1400
OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah
October 10, 2023 - 9:30 A.M.

AGENDA
1. APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE _________________________, 20___ BENJAMIN DRAINAGE DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES PUBLIC MEETING.
2. DISCUSS THE DISTRICT'S BUDGET, BILLING SERVICE, AND THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DISTRICT'S DRAIN SYSTEM, INCLUDING WHAT USERS ARE ASSESSED.
3. REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND BANK ACCOUNTS, INCLUDING THE DISTRICT CHECKING ACCOUNT.
4. REVIEW, APPROVE, AND AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF INVOICES AND OTHER CURRENT OBLIGATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND OTHER EXPENSES
5. REVIEW AND APPROVE OR DENY OUTSTANDING RECEIVABLES, PAST DUE ACCOUNTS, AND PLACE OR REMOVE LIENS AND TAKE THE NECESSARY CORRECTIVE ACTION.
6. DISCUSS UTAH AND COUNTY CODES IN REGARD TO THE DISTRICT.
7. DISCUSS MAPPING OF THE DISTRICT.
8. DISCUSS, APPROVE, OR DENY PAST, CURRENT, AND FUTURE CONTRACTS WITH FRANDSEN ENGINEERING.
9. DISCUSS, APPROVE, OR DENY MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING PIPE IN THE DISTRICT, INCLUDING WHAT PROCESS IS NEEDED WHEN A DRAIN FAILS.
10. DISCUSS ANY CODE VIOLATIONS WITHIN THE DISTRICT.
11. DISCUSS AND APPROVE OR DENY THE FULFILLMENT OF POSITIONS ON THE BOARD, INCLUDING CURRENT TRUSTEES AND POTENTIAL NEW TRUSTEES.
12. DISCUSSION AND APPROVE OR DENY THE MEMBERSHIP IN THE UTAH ASSOCIATION OF SPECIAL DISTRICTS (UASD) AND PAYMENT OF ANNUAL DUES.
13. SET A DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION FOR THE NEXT BENJAMIN DRAINAGE DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES PUBLIC MEETING.
