NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moroni City Council will hold a Special City Council meeting Wednesday, October 4, 2023, beginning at 12:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Moroni City Community Center, 80 South 200 West. 1. 12:00 p.m. Welcome - Motion to start meeting - Roll call of Council members 2. Closed Session 52-4-205(1)(e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if: (i) public discussion of the transaction would: (A) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (B) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; 3. Purchase of Moroni Irrigation water shares Motion 4. Adjourn Motion NOTE: The agenda is a guide and may change; items may be discussed or voted on out of order at the discretion of the Mayor. No decisions may be made during this meeting if the item is not specifically on the agenda.
