- 1. City-Initiated Request to Amend Sections 17-3-5, 17-7-9.2.B, 17-7-9.12.3.3, 17-7-10.11.3.B, 17-7-10.12.2.E, 17-7-12.1.8, and 17-7-17.9 of the Midvale City Municipal Code to Reflect Changes in the State Law regarding Development Agreements.
