NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO SOLICIT PUBLIC INPUT ON
ON A PROPOSAL TO AMEND THE
ANNEXATION POLICY PLAN

PUBLIC HEARING: The West Haven City Council of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 18th Day of October, 2023 in the Council Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of soliciting public input on a proposal to amend the annexation policy plan. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Public comment will be held in person and by electronic means, via zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81581435918.
It should be noted that no annexations are being considered at this time. The proposed amendments are to bring West Haven City into compliance with regulatory changes required by the State of Utah and to clarify the intent of West Haven City in regard to future annexations.
