RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 12, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): a. Playground Specialists, PLZ-23-2029, a conditional use home occupation application for playground installation services to be located at 2326 West Blazer Circle. Applicant - Carson Zenger b. Marx Private Lane, PLZ-23-2030, a conditional use permit application to add one lot to a private lane to be located at 11997 South Redwood Road. Applicant - Ryan Marx c. Riverton Flex East Building Park, PLZ-23-8015, a commercial site plan application for two office/warehouse buildings to be located at 3751 West 12600 South. Applicant - Steve Marx This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
