Citizens' Compensation Advisory Committee (CCAC) MEETING AGENDA A meeting of the CCAC will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This meeting will be hosted live and in-person at the SLC Human Resources Department - Main Office, located at 349 South 200 East - 5th Floor (Aspen Conference Room), Salt Lake City, UT 84111 This meeting is open to the public. 1. Meeting Open & Welcome, establish quorum 2. Review & adopt February 7, 2023 meeting minutes 3. Public Comment: The chair of the committee invites interested individuals and group representatives to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or questions will be limited to a maximum of 2-4 minutes. Submission of written comments for this part of the meeting is acceptable. 4. Utah Open Meetings Act annual training - Jonathan Pappasideris, Senior City Attorney 5. 2023-2024 City compensation & benefit updates - David Salazar & Lori Gaitin 6. 2023-2023 Committee chair and vice-chair nominations and election 7.
