Notice is hereby given that South Weber will hold a public hearing before the Planning
Commission to receive public comment on the property located at approximately 1727 E South Weber
Drive. The purpose is to consider a Rezone from R-L & A to R-M on parcel
13-030-0009, approx. 2.169 acres, prior to The City selling the property. This rezone is consistent
