Description/Agenda: Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request to change the zoning from RE-20 (Residential Estates 20,000 square foot minimum lot size) to A-1 (Agriculture one-acre minimum lot size) on approximately 1.77 acres to create consistent zoning on two parcels equaling 2.48-acre parcel. This property is generally located at 2650 East Seegmiller Drive. Please see map on back. The applicant is DSG Engineering. The project will be known as NJE Family Property Zone Change. Case No. 2023-ZC-013.
