- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - Ordinance Text Amendment: Various revisions to title 12 Subdivision Regulations and to title 13 Zoning. Revisions and amendments include revisions to the approval process for subdivision development, and additional regulations governing the use of portable storage containers; also known as cargo containers or shipping containers. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
