- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION NOTICE OF PROPERTY EXCHANGE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Salt Lake City Corporation (City) will convey property located at approximately 535 North Arctic Court Salt Lake City, Utah to the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency (RDA). Pursuant to Utah Code 17C-1-207(1)(b), the City may, for less than fair market value or for no consideration and in compliance with state law, convey the property to the RDA no sooner than 15 days after the City posts a Class A notice of such assistance and conveyance.
