4. October activities
a. Oct 3 senior council meeting 10 AM
b. Oct 5th lunch bunch at The Feast Restaurant in Orem, 11:30 Arrival
c. Oct 4,11,12,18,19,25,26 Lunches served at 12 Noon
d. October 16 Bingo with pot luck dinner
e. Possible Halloween Craft October 19 Tanya will do
f. October 23 Meet the candidate night with candidates for city council
i. Rich Wood and Angeline Washburn have responded.
g. No activity on Oct 30th. Happy Halloween
5. November activities
a. November 2nd Lunch Bunch
b. November 7th Senior Council at 10 am
c. Lunches 1,8,9,15,16, 29, 30
d. Painting, Puzzles and quilts every Wednesday
e. Craft on Thursday the 16th for Christmas
f. Thanksgiving basket activity Nov 20th the Monday before thanksgiving
i. Seniors to supply Pies and whipped topping (20pies)
ii. Hopefully Mortenson Construction and Tyson will work with us again this year.
iii. Arrival time for seniors at this activity will be changed to 4:30 Pm
g. We will be closed for activities and lunch the 22, and 23 for Thanksgiving
h. Nov 27th Bingo with pot Luck
6. Report on Assignments
a. Horseshoe pit is progressing, Horses have been ordered
b. We want to purchase 2 large umbrellas to escort seniors to cars in bad weather.
c. Plana a December Christmas Activity
Next council Meeting will be Nov 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM
