Description/Agenda: NOTICE Hyde Park City Public Notice Hyde Park City Council will hold a public hearing to discuss Resolution 2023-14 - A resolution changing the fee schedule to include the following changes: Subdivision Fees Culinary Water in Lieu of shares $5,000 per acre foot 110% (of meter cost) non-refundable deposit for meter (Provided by city - 1 meter per hydrant) $20.00 per 1,000 gallons for usage Non-Permitted water connection $3,000 per occurrence Date: October 11, 2023 Time: 7:00 p.m. Place: Hyde Park City Building, 113 East Center, Hyde Park Donja Wright - Recorder City Building, Parks, public notice website, City Website
