Description/Agenda
In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on September 25, 2023: Ordinance 23-31, Granting Questar Gas Company dba Dominion Energy Utah a Franchise for the Construction, Operation and Maintenance of a Gas Distribution System in Millcreek, Salt Lake County, State of Utah. This ordinance grants a franchise to Dominion Energy to use city owned property within the city to operate its gas distribution system, and to construct, maintain, alter, and replace portions of the system as needed. Ordinance 23-32, Rezoning Certain Property Located at Approximately 3179 South Highland Drive from R-1-8 (Residential) to C-3 (Commercial). This ordinance rezoned property at 3179 S Highland Drive from residential to commercial, subject to the development agreement in Ordinance 23-33. Ordinance 23-33, Approving a Master Development Agreement for a Medical Office Building with Respect to Approximately One Acre of Real Property Located at Approximately 3179 South Highland Drive. This ordinance approved a development agreement to accompany the rezone in Ordinance 23-32. Ordinance 23-34, Amending the Millcreek General Plan by Changing the Future Land Use Map for Certain Property Located at Approximately 3179 South Highland Drive from Public/Quasi Public to City Center. This ordinance amended the General Plan Future Land Use Map by designating property at 3179 South Highland Drive from Public/Quasi Public to City Center.
