Public Notice
The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on October 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding code text amendments affecting landscaping and water conservation requirements in Sections 13.05.100 Restrictions on use of water, 18.15.170 Landscaping, 18.45.110 Landscaping, 18.50.090 Landscaping, and 18.55.130 Landscaping. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comment. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.org.
