SF Logo Wednesday, September 27, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. September 20, 2023. 2. Preliminary Plat and Zone Change A. THE ORCHARD PRELIMINARY PLAT AND ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-1-15 and to approve a Preliminary Plat to subdivide one 7.5 acre property into 14, 15,000 square foot residential lots located at approximately 911 South 3400 East. 3. Amended Preliminary Plat A. EAGLE HAVEN SUBDIVISION AMENDED. The proposal involves the re-approval of a Preliminary Plat in order to add 7 additional single-family homes in a Master Planned Development located at 263 South Spanish Fork Parkway. 4. Site Plan and Zone Change A. SIP'N. This proposal involves changing the existing zoning from R-1-6 to C-2 General Commercial with the Development Enhancement Overlay to allow for modification of the site located at 111 East 300 South. 5. Discussion A. ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION SITE MANAGEMENT PLAN. Proposed plan to ensure proper mitigation of environmental concerns. 6. Final Plat A. RIVER MEADOWS COMMERCIAL CENTER. This proposal involves the approval for four lot commercial development located at 1300 South Main Street. B. RIVER MEADOWS APARTMENTS. This proposal involves the development of a five acre residential lot located at 1300 South Main Street. C. WESTRIDGE BUSINESS PARK. This proposal involves the commercial development of two lots located at approximately 583 West 3800 North. D. GLH INDUSTRIAL PARK PHASE 1. This proposal involves the development of three industrial lots located at approximately 700 West 2600 North. 7. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 HILLSIDE SLOPE. 8. Transportation Master Plan Revisions A. 24.01 TMP REVISIONS. 9. Adjourn
