Amalga Planning and Zoning Minutes Sept 6,2023 7:00 PM 6590 N 2400 W' Amalga Utah Visitors Rick Alder Scott Mcune Mayor David Wood Jason Munk member Mike Diehl member April Hansen member Judy Downs member Kelly Noble member (1) Minutes from Aug 2,2023 read by Mike DIehl Correction needs to be made to item (2) to show Judy Downs made motion to approve and correct spelling of April Hansens name Motion to approve Kelly Noble Second Mike Diehl (2) Zoning clearance application from Rick Alder at 2545 W 8600 No to construct a patio cover on home to keep water from entering his home. Cover will be attached to existing home. Motion to approve Judy Downs Second Kelly Noble (3) Zoning clearance application from Scott McUne to construct a 95X50 steel shed with power at 2575 W 6200 N The Cache Mall is set for demolition and Scott will need a place to store all of his arcade equipment and games until a new building can be obtained. He was informed of 6 foot set backs from property lines and that the structure could not exceed 30 feet in height. Motion to approve Judy Downs Second Kelly Noble Motion to adjourn Kelly Noble Second Mike Diehl Meeting adjourned at 7:35
