- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Board of Canvassers for the City of Springville met on September 19, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. and publicly canvassed the returns of the 2023 Springville City Municipal Primary Election held on September 05, 2023. The Board of Canvassers has reviewed Resolution #2023-30 as the official Canvassers' Report and hereby certifies the report of the Primary Election as accurate. Six candidates with the most votes for three individual four-year Council seats were elected to proceed to the Municipal General Election on November 21, 2023. They are; Mindi Wright, Jacob Gregg Smith, Logan Millsap, Craig Conover, Hunter Huffman, and John Harvey Wells.
