BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 23-21, 23-22, 23-23, 23-24 Notice is hereby given that on September 21, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 23-21, 23-22, 23-23, and 23-24. Ordinance 23-21 amends Brigham City Code section 14.10.020, Duty to Provide Information, to require the towing dispatch fee to be listed on the itemized statement provided to the person authorized to receive such a statement. Ordinance 23-22 vacates the public utility easements which envelop the parcels located at 695 and 751 West 300 North and grants new 15-foot-wide public utility easement along 300 North Street in the Velasquez 'LTTL' Subdivision. Ordinance 23-23 expands the corporate limits of Brigham City by annexation of property located on the North side of Forest Street at approximately 3240 West Forest Street. Ordinance 23-24 amends Brigham City zoning map by assigning the A-1 Agricultural District to a property associated with annexation located on the North side of Forest Street at approximately 3240 West Forest Street. Ordinances shall take effect upon adoption and posting and publication. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
