- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on July 25, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-07-27 which approved the vacation of a portion of a public utility easement within Rockwell Ranch Block 5, conditional upon the recording of a pedestrian access easement and drainage easement. The ordinance was recorded on September 20, 2023. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 25th day of September 2023. /s/Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
