E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. Public input is limited to three (3) minutes on non-agenda items.
F. AGENDA ITEMS:
1. PUBLIC HEARING; FY 2024 BUDGET AMENDMENT. The Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the FY2024 Town Budget. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than September 22, 2023 by 4:30 pm.
2. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FY2024 TOWN BUDGET. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will consider an ordinance amending the FY2024 Town Budget ending June 30, 2024.
3. ASPEN MEADOWS ANNEXATION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will review the Aspen Meadows Annexation Development Agreement.
4. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas.
G. CLOSED SESSION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL to discuss pending or imminent litigation.
