Description/Agenda: The West Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 7:30 pm, or as soon as agenda permits, at the city offices. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request by Jacob & Melisa Ockey to reduce the rear and side Public Utility and Drainage Easements on their property at 1502 N 1000 West so they can build an accessory structure. The Ockey's are asking to reduce the side (west) easement from 7 feet to 3 feet, the side (east) easement from 10 feet to 3 feet and the rear (north) easement from 30 feet to 3 feet. All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments or questions may be submitted to Recorder@wbcity.org prior to the meeting.
