IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission and City Council Meetings Planning Commission: Tuesday, October 3, 2023 City Council: Thursday, October 5, 2023 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearings to consider amending the Hidden Springs RV Resort Conditional Use Permit and Ivins Code section 16.17.211(1) to increase the allowed total square footage of the clubhouse, including the living area within the clubhouse and allowing the clubhouse height to be increased to 35 feet as allowed in the RC zone Applicant/Owner: Ivins City Contact: City Manager/Attorney Dale Coulam, 435-628-0606 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and places, may submit their views electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivins.com, for the Planning Commission meeting and City Recorder Kari Jimenez at kjimenez@ivins.com for the City Council meeting, or in writing to the Ivins City Planning Commission and the Ivins City Council, prior to the meetings. A copy of the amendments will be available at Ivins City Hall and on Ivins website at www.ivins.com In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder Kari Jimenez and/or Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Ivins City Hall, 85 N.
