- Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 4, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, October 17, at 6:00 pm. Title 15 Amendment: - Title 15 Amendment. The proposal is to modify language related to 15.4.16.150, 15.4.16.170, and 15.4.24.090. Zone Change: - Sip'n Drinks and Treats. A proposal to change the zone from R-1-6 to C-2 with the Development Enhancement Overlay allowing for expansion of the existing commercial development located at approximately 111 East 300 South. - Lotz Construction. A proposal to change the zone from Rural Residential to R-1-15 to allow for a residential development located at approximately 1082 West 1900 South. - The Orchard. A proposal to change the zone from Rural Residential to R-1-15 to allow for a residential development located at approximately 911 South 3400 East. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
