Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at the St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: Consideration of an ordinance to vacate an existing public utilities, drainage and irrigation easement. This is a 15-foot-wide easement that is located between Lots 14 & 15 of the Bella Viaggio Subdivision. The Joint Utility Commission (JUC) has reviewed this request and has recommended approval.
