Description/Agenda: COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS PARKS AND RECREATION SERVICE AREA NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF 2023 BOARD OF TRUSTEES ELECTION Pursuant to Utah Code 17B-1-306(4) and (5) and 20A-1-206(3) and (4), notice is hereby given that the 2023 Cottonwood Heights Parks and Recreation Board of Trustees Election for District 3 is cancelled because there is only one seat up for election, only one candidate and no District ballot propositions to be considered by the voters. Resolution 2023-15 was passed on 9/20/2023 by the Cottonwood Heights Parks and Recreation Service Area Board of Trustees approving the cancellation of the November 21,2023 Election for District 3 Board of Trustees and determining the unopposed declared candidate to be elected to the position.
