- The Board of Directors of the Fox Hollow Golf Club will meet on September 21, 2023, in the Fox Hollow Golf Club House, 1400 North 200 East, American Fork, Utah commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Welcome - Max Powell 2. Receive public comment. 3. Operations Report for August 2023 - Jaxson Taylor 4. Superintendent report on Grounds and Equipment- John Hansgren 5. Discuss/Review the following projects: a. Filter station for pressurized irrigation to be installed after the pressurized irrigation is shut off for the season. b. Discussion on two new storage areas under the south covered walkway. No plans were found. c. Repair of fairway culvert on hole 14. d. Concerns for the Driving range i. Balls hit into 9th hole fairway. ii. Adult supervision after 6:00 pm. Too much 'horseplay' and hitting from grass areas. e. Ideas for 2024 Capital Improvements. f. Review new Contract for leasing the Event center. g. Possible Price increases for Carts, Range balls and Green Fees. h. Renew Cart lease one year earlier. 80 carts instead of 75. i. Discussion on possible new parking areas. i. Designated parking for events. Action Items 1. Postpone review and action on approval of the August 17, 2023 board meeting minutes until October's meeting. 2. Review and action on the August 2023 finance reports. - Stewart Reeve 3. Discussion on additional business items for placement on a future agenda. 4. Adjournment.
