Description/Agenda

Public Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Complete Streets Committee of Salt Lake City, Utah, shall be as follows: The Complete Streets Committee will hold meetings every 3 months as needed on the 3rd Monday of the month (Holidays excluded). The meeting dates for 2024 are Monday, February, 26th, 9:00AM-10:00AM (due to Monday, February 19 being President's Day), Monday, May 20th, 9:00AM-10:00AM, Monday, August 19, 9:00AM-10:00AM and Monday, November 18, 9:00AM-10:00AM. The Meetings are currently scheduled to be held in-person at Plaza 349, 349 South 200 East, 6th Floor Conference Room, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. All meetings of the Complete Streets Committee are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206 and 78B-1-137, Utah Code Annotated. Notice of each Complete Streets Committee meeting is given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting as required by State law. An agenda of each meeting is posted at: - State of Utah Public Notice website www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html Meetings may be held or canceled as circumstances may require, subject to applicable public notice requirements. Notice: - People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodations at least three working days before a meeting by calling Jennifer Byrd at 801-535-7905. Accommodations may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids. - Plaza 349 is an accessible facility with an entrance located on the 1st parking level on the east side of the building. - In accordance with State statute, City ordinance and Complete Streets Committee policy, one or more Board Members may be connected via speakerphone.
