Description/Agenda: On the fifth day of October 2023, at 8:00 p.m. the Newton Town Council will hold a meeting at the Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center Newton, Utah, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the issue of garbage collection code change. The Newton Town Council has determined that the garbage collection code for Newton needs to be updated in order to be in compliance with the change in garbage collection services. The proposed code changes may be reviewed at Newton Town Hall during business hours or at https://www.newtonutah.org.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
