Description/Agenda

Milford City Council adopted the following ordinance in a regular meeting held September 19, 2023: o Ordinance 4-2023 'Animal Ordinance Amendments' This ordinance removes the word 'fowl' from the code and updates the maximum number of dogs allowed to four across applicable districts to correlate with the maximum allowed under the Kennel License Code. Adoption of this ordinance updates the following titles of the Milford City Code: - Title 13.30.020 Regulations and Standards - Title 13.30.055 Kennel License - Title 13.11.030 Conditional Uses Rural Residential District RR-5 - Title 13.12.030 Conditional Uses Rural Residential District RR-1 - Title 13.14.030 Conditional Uses Residential Medium District - Title 13.15.030 Conditional Uses Multiple Residential District - Title 13.17.030 Conditional Uses Main Street Commercial District - Title 13.18.030 Conditional Uses Highway Commercial District These titles can be viewed by visiting www.milfordcityutah.com/ordinances.
