PUBLIC MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Appeal Authority Officer will hold a Public Meeting for Appeal on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the City Hall Conference Room in City Hall located at 70 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Appeal of City Code Section 10-14-27-11: Parking (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Meeting to consider a request from McKay Christensen to appeal the interpretation of City Code Section 10-14-27-11: Parking. This section of code outlines the parking requirements of the Boulevard Mixed Use (BMU) Overlay and states that the center driving aisle within an enclosed parking lot may be 24 feet wide. The applicant is appealing the definition of 'enclosed parking lot'. The property is located at approx. 238 S Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Commercial Sales Subdistrict, and the BMU Overlay.
