Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, 19 September 2023, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State Street The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Review and approve minutes of committee meeting held on 15 August 2023. 4. Petitions and Communications: - Nathan Mitchell, Building Permit application for metal building to be constructed in back yard at 298 South 200 West. - Carol Eastman, review new building plans associated with past permit approval. - Reid Hall, Building Permit application for storage shed to be constructed In back yard at 96 North State Street. - Hayden Nicholes, Building Permit application for storage shed at 110 South State Street. - Kaleb Rees, Building Permit application for storage shed at 125 West 100 South. 5. Business: - Master Plan Model from Six County Association of Government. - Committee Training material - Committee Member Handbook. 6.
