CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Justin Sip 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Campbell 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Williams B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. PRESENTATION: 1. Toquerville City Parkway Update - Stanley Consulting. 2. Presentation on a proposal for Pecan Lane presented by Mark Strohman. D. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action on signage for Community Readiness Meetings. 2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2023.XX - Cancelling the November 21, 2023, Municipal General Election and declaring each unopposed candidate elected to office. 3. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2023.XX - Tree City USA Proclamation. 4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - General Plan Applicability to reference the current zoning map. 5. Discussion and possible action on a conditional use application submitted by Tyler Olsen. Tax ID #: T-150-A-2-B-1, current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20. 6. Discussion and possible action on a nightly rental application submitted by Beau Drury. Tax ID #T-47-A-1, current zoning is R-1-12 Single Family Residential. 7. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Amending and restating sections 8-2 thru 8-7 of Title 10, Chapter 1 of the Toquerville City code regarding the noticing requirements of the city. E. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Toquerville City Neighborhood Market - Saturday, October 14th, 2023, at City Hall (Every 3rd Saturday through October) 2. 2nd Annual Toquerville City Halloween Trunk-or-Treat - Saturday, October 28th, 2023, at LDS Church Parking Lot from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm F. CLOSED SESSION: 1. Strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares. G. ADJOURN: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Office 435.635.1094, at least 48 hours in advance.
