HOLLADAY HISTORICAL COMMISSION MEETING Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 4:00 pm Holladay City Hall, Little Cottonwood Room (downstairs) 4580 South 2300 East, Holladay, UT 84117 MEETING AGENDA 1. Welcome - Sandy Meadows (Chair) 2. Minutes - Kathy Murphy (Secretary) a. August 2023 minutes approval 3. Commission Chair Report Sandy Meadows a. Holladay History Night, Monday October 9, 2023 - 7:00pm Holladay City Hall - Big Cottonwood Room (auditorium) b. Group to meet on Saturday October 7, 2023 at 4:00pm -Little Cottonwood room to set up artifacts & displays c. Lyman Losee, Ron Hilton and Robert Hintze will pick up artifacts from storage unit . d. Each member is encouraged to bring an artifact with story for display e. Kim Duffy will have pictures of historical homes on display f. Ron Hilton will pickup donated apples from Harmon's g. Sandy Meadows will pick up donated bread from Great Harvest, cookies and bottled water h. Kathy Murphy will furnish donated jam i. Please wear your Holladay Historical shirts j. Sandy will give assignments for Monday evening 4. Updates/New business a. New sub-committee members (handout) 5. Remarks a. Members 6.
