- The Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting September 19, 2023 at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Mt. Pleasant City Council Room, 115 West Main, and Mt. Pleasant, Utah. The agenda is as follows: Item Responsible Person 1. Welcome Chairman 2. Roll Call Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes Chairman 4. Lot Line Adjustment Andrea Ellis 5. Follow up Public Hearing Rezone of property changing Chairman the zoning from all property outside of Aspen Village Subdivsion from RM to RA 6. Follow up Public Hearing Rezone of property changing Chairman the zoning on Block 92 from RA to Modified Commercial 7. Follow up Public Hearing Rezone of property changing Chairman the zoning on at East State street to Mid block of 100 East on 500 North from RA to Modified Commercial 8. Follow up Public Hearing Rezone of property changing Chairman the zoning at approximately 850 South Highway 89 from RA to Modified Commericial 9. Follow up Public Hearing Rezone of property changing Chairman the zoning at approximately 950 South Highway 89 from RA to Modified Commercial 10. Lot Split approximately 200 North 100 E David Scarpino 11. Site Plan review of proposed Duplex's Jeff Strange 12. Public Participation (limit 3 minutes per person) Chairman 13. Adjourn Chairman
