- Notice of Public Hearing: Adopting a Land Use Ordinance Public Hearing Notice The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 26, 2023, in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comment will be heard and considered regarding a proposed land use ordinance relating to Accessory Dwelling Units in some residential zoning districts. Comments may be submitted to Cynthia Nelson at cnelson@tremontoncity.com before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours. For questions regarding this proposed land use ordinance, please contact Shawn Warnke, Tremonton City Manager, at 435-257-9504.
