Description/Agenda: Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request for an amendment to the Desert Color PD (Planned Development). The amendment would allow the applicant to update the architectural elevations on approximately three buildings in Desert Color Resort Phase 4B. The proposed buildings are located generally west of the Marilla Drive and Pura Lane intersection. The applicant is Cole West Homes and the representative is Eric Day. The project is known as Desert Color Resort, Phase 4B. Case No. 2023-PDA-015
