- CITY OF HOLLADAY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of September, 2023 the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinance 2023-09. Ordinance 2023-09 amends provisions of Title 13.04 and 13.77 of the city's land use code relating to water efficiency landscape standards. The complete ordinance is available for public inspection during normal working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the office of the City Recorder located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT.
