EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold public hearings on September 26th, at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items: - Firefly NPA 4 Plat A Preliminary Plat: The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission review of a request for Preliminary Plat Approval for Firefly NPA 5 Phase A consisting of 71 total single-family detached residential lots on 110.00 acres of land (.64 du/a) within the Firefly Master Planned Community located in the southwest area of the City near SR-73 and Pole Canyon Blvd. on and over parcels 59:051:0028, 59:051:0028 & 59:051:0002. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Robert Hobbs, rhobbs@emcity.org. - Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Amendments: o EMMC 17.35.050 General Applicable Provision. Recommend to change codes to reflect a standard set back distance of 75' for the following: 17.35.050 Development near natural washes must be setback 75 feet from the edge of the wash to any structure. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Todd Black, tblack@emcity.org . - Panter Rezone and Recorded Plat Amendment: Planning Commission review and recommendation of a proposed rezone request from Residential to RD2 and a Recorded Plat Amendment that would divide Lot 16 of Sage Valley Plat A into two lots (Parcel 52:800:0016).
