NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER HARRISVILLE ORDINANCE 544 REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING TITLE 12 HARRISVILLE CITY SUBDIVISION CODE.
In accordance with Utah Code ยง10-9A-205, the Harrisville City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 7:00 PM, at the Harrisville City Hall located at 363 West Independence Blvd, Harrisville, Utah 84404. Harrisville City intends to adopt Harrisville Ordinance 544 repeal and re-enact Title 12 Harrisville City Subdivision Code. All interested persons in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard, and may provide comments, for or against Harrisville Ordinance 544 Repealing and Re-Enacting Title 12 Harrisville City Subdivision Code. The changes will have citywide applicability.
