NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER HARRISVILLE RESOLUTION 23-15 AMENDING THE TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE and IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN.
In accordance with Utah Code ยง11-36a-502, the Harrisville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 7:00 PM, at the Harrisville City Hall located at 363 West Independence Blvd, Harrisville, Utah 84404. Harrisville City intends to make updates to Transportation Impact Fee and Impact Fee Facilities Plan. All interested persons in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard, and may provide comments, for or against Amendments to Transportation Impact Fees and Impact Fee Facilities Plan. The changes will have citywide applicability.
Affected entities and the public are encouraged to provide information to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the amendments to the Impact Fee Facilities Plan.

The foregoing City Council public hearing notice was posted and can be viewed at City Hall, on the City's website www.cityofharrisville.com, and at the Utah Public Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Notice of this meeting will also be duly provided as required by law.
