- 2023 NOTICE OF CANDIDATE WITHDRAWAL (UCA 20A-9-207) This notice hereby states that Timothy A. Ball has withdrawn from the 2023 Highland City Municipal Election for the office of City Council. Any votes cast for Timothy A. Ball will not be counted. Individuals desiring to run as a write-in candidate shall declare their candidacy with the City Recorder no later than Monday, September 18, 2023 by 5:00 pm.
