The vehicles are being sold 'as-is' and are available for inspection at 147 N 870 West, in the rock parking north of the building with the exception of Lots D and J, which are located at 646 W 600 North. A list of known problems will be displayed in each vehicle. Hurricane City reserves the right to reject winning bids it deems inadequate. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Hurricane City office, 147 N 870 West in Hurricane, Utah until 2:00 p.m. September 28, 2023, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Each vehicle will be awarded separately to the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not tender payment to Hurricane City within 5 business days in the form of cash or cashier check, the vehicle will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
