- 2023 NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL VACANCY (UCA 20A-1-510) Highland City announces a vacancy in the office of City Council created by the resignation of Council Member Timothy A. Ball. This Council seat will be for the term of October 2023 - January 2024. The City Council will fill this vacancy at a special meeting to be held on the following date: Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 6:00 pm Highland City Hall 5400 W Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT 84003 Any qualified person interested in being considered for appointment to the position of City Council may make application to Stephannie Cottle, City Recorder. Applications must be accepted in person, during regular business hours (Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm), no later than Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 6:00 pm. The application can be found on the City's website (www.highlandcity.org) or at the city office building located at 5400 W. Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT.
