NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a Regular Meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 2. Public Comment Period 3. Cindy Peterson - Secondary Water Concerns 4. Jerry Wells - Billing Concerns/Sewer Smell Concerns 5. Les Olson - Consideration of new server through Les Olson 6. Sunrise Eng. - Consideration for Awarding Secondary Irrigation Metering Project to National Salvage 7. Sunrise Eng. - Consideration of Sunrise Engineering Amendment for Extended Construction Engineering Services 8. Resolution 2023-09 -A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING (1) $1,000,000 SEWER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2023, AND PRELIMINARILY AUTHORIZING (2) SEWER REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES FOR SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS; AND RELATED MATTERS. 8.
