- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH September 13, 2023; 10:00 AM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 13th day of September 2023, which meeting shall begin promptly at 10:00 A.M. The agenda shall be as follows: CEMETERY BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 8-9-2023 3. AGENDA ITEMS A. Board by-laws B. Fire Chief, Jeff Hermansen would like to speak to the Cemetery Board 4. OLD BUSINESS 5. PUBLIC COMMENT 6. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS 7.
