- Notice of Unclaimed Property/Evidence Disposal is set for December 1, 2023. The Roy City Police Department currently has a large amount of unclaimed property. If you believe that you may have any item/items in the custody of the Roy City Police Department, please contact Chelsea Scott at 801-774-1069. You must provide proof of ownership with valid identification. For a list of properties go to the Roy City website, Roy City Police Facebook page, Roy City Police Lobby, or the Utah Public Notice Website. Any unclaimed property will be disposed of in accordance with the Utah Code of Criminal Procedure, 77-11a-402 and 77-11c-103.
